In my daily chores as a guitar teacher, I find myself in need of providing my students with content that inspires and motivates them to continue evolving in their day to day, each one at their own pace and personal path as musicians.<\/p>\n

Designing a study programme that brings together the essence of the best of each style has led me to choose certain songs and works that are both instructive and in keeping with the musical tastes of most students.<\/p>\n

Aromas de la Caleta<\/strong> by Antonio Rey, recorded on the album \u201cLos Colores del Fuego\u201d, brings together all of these characteristics with a new and personal language.<\/p>\n

Here is the transcription of one of his falsetas that, due to its complexity, requires technical and rhythmic mastery of the guitar. This piece is appropriate only for advanced players of flamenco guitar.<\/p>\n
