1945 en la calle Campana n\u00ba 25 de Jerez de la Frontera (C\u00e1diz). Falleci\u00f3 en la misma ciudad el 6 de junio de 2009, a los 64 a\u00f1os. Proced\u00eda de una de las sagas flamencas m\u00e1s influyentes de Jerez y fue devoto del Cristo de la Expiraci\u00f3n y de la Virgen del Valle Coronada. Su formaci\u00f3n se enmarca dentro de la\u00a0<\/span><b>escuela jerezana de toque<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, caracterizada por un comp\u00e1s firme, dominio del pulgar, rasgueos contundentes, ligaos precisos y un acompa\u00f1amiento muy atento al cantaor. Fue tambi\u00e9n bailaor en su juventud y mantuvo esa faceta durante su carrera, lo que influy\u00f3 en su sentido del ritmo y en su manera de marcar por buler\u00edas.
